Account Terms
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Scour cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

Use of the Service
License: Scour grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service.
Restrictions: You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized access, copying, modifying, or distributing any part of the Service.

Payment Terms
Subscription Fees: You agree to pay all applicable fees for the Service.
Billing: Payments are due in advance and are non-refundable.
Changes in Fees: Scour reserves the right to change the fees upon 30 days’ notice.

Data Updates
Update Frequency: Scour updates its data every 24 hours.
Source of Updates: Data is directly retrieved from the Federal Trade Commission’s website nightly at 1AM PST.
Disclaimer: While we strive to provide the most current data, Scour does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the data at any given time due to potential delays or issues with the source data.

Scrubbing Phone Numbers
Service Description: Scour provides a service that allows companies to scrub their phone number lists against the Federal Do Not Call Registry.
Disclaimer of Liability: Scour is not responsible for any issues, legal or otherwise, that may arise from the use of our scrubbing service. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee that all phone numbers will be accurately scrubbed or that the service will be error-free.
User Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the User to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding telemarketing and the use of the Federal Do Not Call Registry. Scour does not provide legal advice or guarantees related to compliance.

Data Retention and Deletion
Retention Period: Scour retains customer data for a period of 120 days after an account is canceled, closed, unpaid, or inactive.
Data Deletion: After the 120-day period, all customer data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
Exceptions: Data may be retained beyond the 120-day period if required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, or protecting Scour’s legal rights.

Intellectual Property
Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the Service and the content provided by Scour are owned by or licensed to Scour.
User Content: You retain all rights to your content but grant Scour a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify your content for the purpose of operating the Service.

Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

Termination
Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
Termination by Us: Scour may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Scour makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Scour, its directors, employees, or suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.

Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nevada, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms
Scour reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on our website. You are advised to review these terms periodically for any changes.
